What we collect
- What you give us: your name, contact details, property address and details, answers to intake questions, documents you upload, identity verification results, and payment confirmation (card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers).
- What the tools use: addresses and files you submit to a free tool are processed to produce the result. Uploaded documents for analysis are deleted after processing unless you save the result to your account.
- Automatically: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
- To provide the service: building your listing file, drafting documents, entering the listing, and communicating with you.
- To verify identity and ownership, which the brokerage requires before listing.
- To improve the platform and fix problems.
- To send transactional messages about your listing. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
- The licensed brokerage for your state, which needs your file to act as broker of record.
- The MLS, and through it, the real estate websites that display listings. Listing content is public by design; your personal phone and email appear only in agent-facing fields unless you choose otherwise.
- Vendors you order through us, such as a photographer or sign company, who receive the property address and your contact details.
- Service providers that run the platform: hosting, database, payments, identity verification, e-signature, email, and analytics. Each is bound to use data only to provide its service.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with data brokers.
Retention
Listing files, signed documents, and audit logs are kept for as long as state real estate record-keeping rules require (three years in North Carolina and five years in South Carolina), then deleted. Free-tool inputs are not retained. Account data is deleted on request unless a retention rule applies.
Your choices
You can view and download your documents from your dashboard, ask us to correct or delete personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California) can exercise their rights by contacting us; we do not discriminate for doing so.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and a first-party analytics cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to listing files is limited by role, and every access is logged.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
