Hive MLS is the multiple listing service used by REALTOR® members in Wilmington, the coast, and eastern North Carolina. Listings entered there are shared with every member brokerage and syndicated to consumer websites.

Can I list on Hive without an agent?

Only a member brokerage can enter a listing. With a flat fee package, the licensed North Carolina brokerage we work with enters your listing and you handle the sale yourself.

Will my Hive listing appear on Zillow and Realtor.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Those sites receive the Hive feed. Your listing appears the same way an agent-listed home does.

How long can the listing description be?

Accepted Answer

Hive MLS allows about 3,500 characters of public remarks. The listing description writer keeps within that limit.
