Can I list on CMLS without an agent?

Only a member brokerage can enter a listing. With a flat fee package, the licensed South Carolina brokerage we work with enters your listing and you handle the sale yourself.

Will my CMLS listing appear on Zillow and Realtor.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Those sites receive the CMLS feed. Your listing appears the same way an agent-listed home does.
