Flat Fee Deal

MLS (multiple listing service)

A regional database of listings shared among member brokerages, which feeds Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and brokerage websites.

Only licensed member brokerages can enter listings. A flat fee listing gives you MLS entry through a licensed broker of record without a percentage commission.
